When I created FedericaBeautyFace, I made a clear choice from the start: to produce in Italy.
It's not just about geographical origin, but about values, control, and quality.
For me, Made in Italy means expertise, attention to detail, and respect for every stage of the process: from formulation to safety testing.
Italian production: experience and quality
Italy is recognized worldwide for its excellence in the cosmetic sector. Entrusting Italian laboratories means choosing highly qualified professionals who work in compliance with strict regulations and high standards.
Each formula is developed following precise criteria of stability, safety, and effectiveness. This allows me to offer natural and vegan skincare products that combine innovation and gentleness, without compromise.
The search for the perfect packaging
Finding the right packaging was one of the most challenging – and most significant – journeys of this project.
I searched for a long time. I contacted manufacturers, made requests, waited for replies. And yes, I also got some doors slammed in my face. Some large manufacturers were not interested in small businesses like mine.
But this did not discourage me.
I knew exactly what I wanted: Made in Italy packaging that was elegant, essential, but above all, that had the perfect shade of pink. Not just any pink. The pink that truly represented FedericaBeautyFace: delicate, feminine, authentic.
After trials, samples, and comparisons, I finally found the right manufacturer. An Italian company capable of listening to my vision and bringing it to life. When I saw that shade of pink take shape, I knew it was the one.
But the choice to stay in Italy was not just aesthetic.
Producing the packaging in the same production and regulatory environment where the formula is developed is also crucial to ensure consistency in product testing. The container is not just a visual detail: it influences the stability of the formula, its preservation, and its safety over time.
Having an Italian supply chain allows me to coordinate compatibility tests between formula and packaging, verify stability and performance under real conditions of use, and ensure that every element works in synergy.
